New iLearn Center
New integrated video tutorials link directly from the product interface, and are designed to help the iPrism administrator with basic Web Filtering configuration. This
enhanced user support feature allows IT Administrators to manage configuration and policy settings on-the-fly, without having to consult a manual or knowledgebase, shaving
hours off the time spent on administration tasks.
New Management Capabilities
New enhanced features allow you to manage iPrism tasks with greater flexibility and efficiency. Workflow enhancements allow you to save your work at any point without
interrupting configuration tasks, and review changes prior to confirmation without having to restart the UI. The Multiple Administration Roles feature offers the flexibility
of delegating or sharing some administration tasks, by choosing from a range of customizable roles. The new iPrism Full Configuration Report, available on-demand, allows you
to capture and save complete details of your iPrism configuration.
WCCPv2 Support
Enterprise networks using WCCPv2 with multiple routers can now manage their Web security using one iPrism Web Filter.
Enhanced Anti-Virus Performance in Proxy Mode
For iPrism installations in single-interface mode (proxy), the dynamic malware detection function is improved substantially with major improvements to bandwidth usage.
Authentication Enhancements
The iPrism Web Filter now offers seamless integration for MAC clients using AD2003/2008 by allowing them to take advantage of Auto-Login from OSX (Tiger and Leopard) clients.
